What an aerobic permit application needs
The county's aerobic permit checklist calls for a site and soil evaluation by a qualified licensed evaluator; a system design completed by a sanitarian or engineer; a plat or survey showing the legal description and lot size; a signed service contract with a licensed maintenance provider; and a certified copy of the notarized affidavit after it has been filed with the County Clerk. Use the current county OSSF application and confirm fees and submission details with the department.
Wait for authorization before installation
Parker County instructs applicants not to install physical parts of the system until approval has been confirmed. After installation, keep the final inspection and authorization records with the property's design and maintenance documents.
Repairs and changes to a system
